Description
LoChamp’s LSCC series cyclone dust collector is mainly applied to separate solid and liquid particles from air flow, or separate solid particles from liquid, which can remove particles larger than 5μm in diameter. The parallel multi cyclone dust collector has a dust removal efficiency of 80 to 85% for 3μm particles as well. The dust removing efficiency of the equipment is enhanced as the dust load increases, with the capacity of dealing with high dust load, for which it is often used as the first stage dust collector.
Application
The cyclone dust collector is most suitable for the following situations:
- Collecting larger dust particles
- Where the dust removal efficiency is not that high
- When the air is high in dustiness degree;
- Used in tandem with other high efficiency dust collectors (such as bag dust filter) for fine particles.
