Counterflow Cooler
Description
The SKLN series counterflow cooler is designed with a unique cooling principle that avoid the disadvantages of general vertical coolers, such as materials’ surface cracking, difficulties in water evaporation and heat dissipation caused by sudden cooling. It creates excellent economic benefits in producing high-quality particle feeds and prolong their storage time.
The cross-section of the counterflow cooler’s body is an octagonal design, which reduces dead angles of cooling. When the discharge yield in the cooler is less than 6t/h, the materials can obtain better uniform cooling effects.
ApplicationThe SKLN series counterflow cooler has extensive applications on the cooling treatment section in the feed processing industry, applicable to the cooling treatment of various particle feeds, such as pelleted feeds, expanded feeds, extruded feeds, sheet feeds etc.

Advantages of the counterflow cooler
1. The grid discharge mechanism adopts reciprocating linear motion to realize smooth and uniform discharge.
2. A pressure-relief plate is fitted in the discharge mechanism to improve its work load and reduce deformation, so as to extend the service life of its components.
3. An access door is set in front of the counterflow cooler, and observation windows are provided on the side and the top to facilitate to observe and repair the equipment.
4. The transmission mechanism is designed with a geared motor to drive the eccentric shaft, so that the transmission is smooth and reliable and of low noise, easy for installation and maintenance.
