Cyclone Dust Collector
Dust collector is widely used to separate solid particle from air or liquid. In general, there are cyclone dust collectors, inertial separators, fabric filters, wet scrubbers, etc.
An ordinary cyclone dust collector is mainly made up of barrel, cone, inlet air pipe and exhaust pipe. It has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
Characteristics of Cyclone Dust Collector
- Cyclone dust collector is a kind of cement equipment widely used to purify air in construction industry.
- Industrial dust collector is mainly used to collect the large, high concentration non-fibrous dry dust.
- Its air outlet can be X type (Ⅰtype) air outlet where air goes out horizontally and Y type (Ⅱtype) air outlet where the air comes out from the top. The fluid resistance of cyclone dust collector can be different as the outlet way changes.
- The air can be drawn into dust collection equipment from lateral or middle.
