The i7 precision laser cutting machine cuts metal sheets with a large size. Because the machine’s working area is only 1000mm×1500mm, it makes effective use of limited spaces.
The maximum cutting speed is 60m/minute, with a positioning accuracy of .03mm, ensuring it meets precision cutting requirements.
The cutting table can be pulled out, and the metal sheets can be fed from the machine exterior. As a result, it is easier to load and unload large metal sheets, and during operation, the cutting bed is positioned and locked using a rotating cylinder to ensure the processing accuracy.
With a smart protection function, this precision laser cutting machine automatically detects the beam operation range and cutting parts, and if necessary, will automatically stop, thus ensuring a safe operation.
Because of the light and tough aluminum alloy beam, the equipment can adapt to a high operation speeds while ensuring a great process quality.
