Automatic Canbody Welder QH-350/280
QH-350/280 automatic canbody welder is a newly developed welding machine, which is ideal for the production of various types of can bodies with a diameter of Φ52-Φ70 and height of 100-320mm. This machine is mainly used for medium and high speed production of high pressure cans, like aerosol spray cans, polyurethane foam sealing agent cans and so on.
The QH-280 can body welder is suitable for various can body sizes with a diameter of Φ52-Φ99 and height of 60-320 mm. By matching corresponding machines, a range of production lines for round, square and irregular shaped cans can be formed.
Our newly developed QH-280 automatic can body welder utilizes a number of internet technologies. It achieves real-time online internet connection, ensuring all processing information, including video and data is conveyed to the processing site and any location with internet. If machine failure occurs during operation, data and video information will be conveyed to STWMF’s technical information base for a quick diagnosis and repair suggestions. This allows forlower labor costs and lowers requirements for needing a proficient welder repair engineer.
This project has been awarded 6 utility model patents, and has applied for 1 invention patent, and 1 PCT international patent convention.
The QH-280 automatic can body welding machine features an exceptional technical structure and new breakthroughs in working stability, welding performance, appearance, and quality, earning significant praise from customers from around the world at a German exhibition in May of 2014, and a Guangzhou exhibition in June of 2015.
