STWMF’s QM-150 automatic can body welder is used for medium speed welding of food and chemical cans, with a maximum welding speed of 80-150 cans/min and can diameter of Φ52-Φ155mm.
Main features- Advanced technology: human-computer interface control, PLC technology, frequency control system instead of traditional continuously variable transmission, Ethernet communication system to achieve continuous, uninterrupted remote online control.
- Inverter welding power supply carries out current compensation control of any welding position.
- AC servo system: copper wire distance between cans is shortened to 2mm. Continuous current welding is carried out and can making speed is improved to a medium-speed level.
- Wide application range for cans, and suitable for DR tinplate welding.
- Double side can body feeding, thus improving high speed can feeding stability
