Features
- This 350℃-oil temperature control unit features a concise design and reduced footprint with a combination of heating, cooling, and heating medium circulation devices and a dual temperature controller.
- The heating medium of this mold temperature controller is oil with a maximum control temperature of 350℃.
- The microprocessor-based control system provides numerous functions, including timing startup and shutdown as well as alarms. A PID control mode and contactless solid-state relay (SSR) heating method are both used to achieve precise temperature control and extended service life. The temperature is set and displayed in digital form and a standard timer is equipped (up to 99 hours and 59 minutes settable)
- Alarm signals can be sent to the injection molding machine, which will automatically stop after receiving an alarm signal in order to prevent material waste.
- The main power switch features different safety functions, including phase loss, overload, current unbalance and current leakage protection. If the SSR is damaged or shorted, the main power switch will automatically trip to protect the heater.
- The high-pressure and large-flow oil pump features an excellent resistance to corrosion, rust, and contamination, and with its excellent durability, is widely used for maintaining a consistent mold temperature and improving overall molding stability.
