Production Process

The LY-HB3000CZ intelligent 2-in-1 rigid box making machine is designed for high-volume production of lid-and-base boxes and drawer boxes. Developed by Lishunyuan after two years of refinement, this machine is backed by more than 10 years of experience in high-end packaging machinery design and manufacturing.

The machine automatically completes wrap paper feeding, cardboard feeding, corner pasting, cardboard gluing, box lifting, side wrapping, edge turning-in, corner folding, and forming. It is suitable for producing rigid boxes for smartphones, cosmetics, jewelry, pastries (e.g. mooncakes), tea, and other premium packaging applications.

The feeding, gluing, and conveying systems are servo-controlled for stable and coordinated operation. The machine supports single-station and double-station intelligent wrapping and forming. In double-station mode, it can produce box lids and bases simultaneously, reaching a production speed of up to 25 pairs/min; while in single-station mode, it can produce up to 70 boxes/min. Format changeover takes about 30 minutes. Vision-guided robotic arms with a multi-camera system deliver positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm. The integrated inline air-bubble pressing module eliminates the need for a separate bubble press, helping reduce equipment footprint.
