Connect the accumulator with a rod conveyor which is also connected to a chicken shed. Eggs from the shed will flow onto the rod conveyor and will then flow directly into the accumulator.
Ideally, connect the Zenyer 615 automatic vacuum loader with the 107 or 109 egg grader, which makes egg loading much easier and more efficient.
Head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
It takes advantage of the UV disinfection system to sanitize egg shells for maximum food security.
Eggs are transported to the candling section. You can check for any leaking, dirty, cracked eggs through LED light by eyes, and manually take them out. 107 egg grader is also equipped with a stainless-steel candling cover and a mirror for better candling results.
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 5 grades. The egg grader is equipped with a control panel with a color touchscreen and physical buttons as well, you can set the grading specification and calibrate the grading accuracy through the touchscreen. It has a self-diagnosis system, which diagnoses any malfunctions that may occur.
The 107 egg grader is equipped with a hanging system which utilizes claws to transport the eggs. When you start the grading machine, the hanging claws will spin in a circle around the machine continuously. The egg delivery bar between the egg grading station and accumulator will catch the eggs from the accumulator and load the eggs into the claws of the hanging system. The claws hold on to the graded eggs before dropping them off at the right position.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
Each automatic packer includes a dropset unit, egg tray transfer conveyor and collection conveyor. Empty cartons/trays need to put onto the transfer conveyor manually, then the transfer conveyor will transport the cartons/trays towards the egg dropset unit to fill with eggs. The egg dropset unit supports 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 30 egg cartons/trays for each fill. The conveyor will then transport the egg cartons/trays to the end.
Each auto packer can pack one size of egg cartons/trays. It can be also connected to a manual collection conveyor.
ZENYER (6-print head) is an optional attachment on each egg tray collection conveyor after the cartons/trays filling process, to print the company name and logo, date and Julian date, etc. on eggs.
Graded eggs will be placed onto the sponge roller of the conveyor, the roller will deliver the eggs to its collection section, you can collect the eggs from there and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
The conveyor can be split into two sections to accommodate two egg sizes if needed.
Oversized or undersized eggs will be placed onto the off-grade table where you can collect the eggs and pack them into egg trays manually.
