- Intelligent Protection and Control System Our generator sets come equipped with advanced SmartGen/Deep Sea control systems. These systems feature a multifunctional LCD module that replicates the functionalities of a traditional manual control panel. Capabilities include parallel operation, as well as automatic, manual, and stop operations, enhanced with start and shutdown delay options. The system ensures comprehensive safety through protection functions for overspeed, high water temperature, low oil pressure, underfrequency, phase loss, overload, start failure, output voltage failure, and charging failure. Each issue triggers an alarm and automatic shutdown. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for immediate response in urgent situations.
- Chassis Features a high-strength, bending-resistant chassis made from thickened iron plate, offering heavy-duty durability and excellent shock absorption. The chassis is also coated with corrosion-resistant spray paint to ensure long-lasting performance.
- High-Voltage Common Rail EFI Technology Utilizes high-pressure common rail technology for optimal fuel atomization. This system supports one combustion cycle with three injections, ensuring complete combustion, improved emissions, and a lower failure rate.
- Superior Transient Response and High Reliability Provides exceptional emergency power capabilities, achieving load capacity in 6 seconds and full load in 15 seconds, coupled with an extremely low failure rate and prolonged maintenance intervals.
