JDL’s NR series winding machine is specially manufactured for the winding of ferrite core inductors. Equipped with side edge soldering function, it supports simultaneous winding and soldering, with a winding speed of 2000rpm. Applicable wire diameter is 0.02-0.12mm. PLC control allows for accurate counting and simple operation. Flexible unloading methods come in discharging in trays or directly.
