The low pressure screw air compressor for cement conveying systems is specifically designed for bulk powder transport. It utilizes energy-efficient permanent magnet variable frequency electric power instead of traditional diesel engines. This specialized screw air compressor not only effectively controls dust but also significantly reduces noise. It addresses several challenges faced by mixing stations and shotcrete machine customers during unloading, such as excessive noise, high fuel consumption, moisture in cement, waste due to caking in cement storage, environmental pollution from dust emissions, and even the risk of silo explosions.   • Safety and reliability

    The concrete station's low-pressure powder conveying system incorporates six layers of safety protection, maintaining constant and controllable system pressure with automatic shutoff or pressure release in case of overpressure to prevent pipe bursts, silo explosions, or dust collector explosions.

    Our smart low-pressure powder conveying system manages feed intelligently, preventing operation if the feed pipe is incorrectly connected, thus eliminating material loading errors.

  • Energy efficiency

    The system's 37kW power can deliver 10 cubic meters of compressed air per minute, enhancing transport efficiency by 30%-50% compared to traditional diesel-powered systems. For example, what used to take 60 minutes to transport with a 50T powder tank truck now only takes 35 minutes.

    The temperature of the compressed air output is about 10 degrees above ambient, much lower than the factory temperature of cement, effectively preventing production halts in mixing stations due to high internal silo temperatures.

  • Environmental sustainability

    The operation noise level has been reduced from over 100 decibels to below 70 decibels, allowing for 24-hour unloading operations without time restrictions and the possibility of unmanned operations.

    Replacing diesel power with electric drive eliminates the use of powder tank truck power during unloading, reducing diesel exhaust emissions. For instance, a traditional dust transport system consumes 10-11 liters of fuel per tank, whereas our intelligent low-pressure powder transport system uses about 30 kWh per tank, saving over 60% in transport costs.

    By converting the vehicle-mounted pneumatic device to an integrated external air source, each transport vehicle reduces its own weight by 2 tons, also saving on fuel costs related to cargo weight and toll fees.
