Electroplated Grinding Wheel
The electroplated grinding wheels designed and produced by Yubao are utilized for contouring, scoring, facing, internal grinding, external grinding, and many other processes with great precision. We offer diamond electroplated grinding wheels and CBN electroplated grinding wheels.
The electroplated Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) grinding wheel is electroplated with CBN particles. This forms a more aggressive bond and presents lower initial cost than resin bonded grinding wheels or metal bonded grinding wheels.
Thanks to the excellent hardness of the electroplated diamond grinding wheel, it is able to work on irregularly-shaped workpieces. The wheels deliver long working lifetimes and are widely applied for the processing of grinding blade tools, automobile parts, medical equipment parts, optical glass, gemstones, etc.
