Nylon Thread
Nylon also known as polyamide, is a polyamide resin with an abrasion resistance 10 times higher than that of cotton and 20 times that of wool. The high tensile strength of nylon allows it to withstand ten thousand folds without breakage.
Traditional nylon-66 and nylon-6 have the drawbacks of high hygroscopicity and poor dyeability. Therefore, we developed nylon 3 and nylon 4 to overcome these disadvantages. These new nylon materials feature lightweight, good air permeability, good wrinkle recovery, improved heat setting performance and improved dyeability.
Here are our common nylon yarns. They can be totally customized to meet your special requirements including color, special manufacture processes, and so on. If you are looking for a type of yarn, please for a free consultation to see what we can do for you.
