Wheel Loader ZL50EV
The ZL50EV is a heavy-duty 5.5-ton electric wheel loader designed as an alternative to conventional diesel-powered machines in demanding applications such as mining, quarrying, port handling, and infrastructure projects.
The wheel loader is equipped with a high-capacity lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack and dual permanent magnet synchronous motors, including a 200 kW travel motor and a 140 kW hydraulic motor. This configuration delivers strong breakout force and traction performance comparable to traditional diesel loaders, while achieving zero on-site emissions and significantly lower operating costs.
The intelligent electronic control system precisely manages power distribution between the travel and hydraulic systems, improving energy efficiency and enabling 4–8 hours of operation per charge. The wheel loader also supports DC fast charging and features an integrated thermal management system, ensuring stable performance in both high- and low-temperature environments.
Designed for global deployment, the electric wheel loader is suitable for sea freight with MSDS documentation and has been successfully delivered in volume to overseas markets. Its core electrical components are backed by a warranty of up to 5 years or 10,000 operating hours, making it a reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient solution for modern construction and material handling operations.
