Safety Valve, Brass Valve
The safety valves are generally made of CW617N or CU57-3 brass.
We also use CW602N brass, CW625N brass, CW725N brass, etc., as the raw materials for safety valves body and internal parts such as valve spindles. Various surface treatments can be offered according to customers' requirement, such as nickel plating and polished chrome plating.
Safety valves are used to vent the extra air inside of the pipe in heating system. High temperature resistant EPDM material is used to make the sealing ring of the safety valve, and the valve spindles are also subject to anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment.
In order to ensure the leakproofness of the product, every single safety valve will be tested by using water pressure machine before sending to customers. Endurance tests for safety valves are also done frequently to make sure the products can be “open-close” for minimum 10,000 times.
