Henkel Loctite SI 5699 silicone flange sealant is a water and glycol resistant gasketing sealant suitable for use on flexible flanges, machined or cast surfaces, and metal or plastic flanges.
Loctite® SI 5699 as a flexible silicone sealant can be cured when it exposures to moisture in the air, forming a strong rubber gasket. It is primarily used for flexible flange sealing, offering excellent oil resistance. It is also suitable for rigid flange sealing, e.g. flanges on transmissions and cast metal housings.
