Pregelatinized Starch, Modified Starch Processing Line
Our specially designed pregelatinized starch processing line is also called a modified starch extruder. For the purpose of widening the extrusion and inflating functions, the barrel and screws structure of the pregelatinized starch processing line are properly adjusted. The modified starch products made by the modified starch processing line can be used in many fields including spinning, food, paper making, casting, oil drilling, building material, etc. The extruders of the pregelatinized starch, modified starch processing line definitely play an important role in the starch production field.
The pregelatinized starch, modified starch processing line consists of a feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, conveying system, and cooling system. Five models of modified starch extruders are optional: DZ135, DZ100, DZ85, DZ65-II and DS56-III. The capacity of the pregelatinized starch processing line is from 120KG/H to 1000KG/H.
