H4 Headlight Bulb Alignment Machine, Focus Adjustment and Installation
FsFocus recommends the H4 headlight bulb alignment machine for focus adjustment and installation. Because an assembly line needs both, we combined the two processes into a single machine.
The H4 headlight bulb alignment machine for lamp holder installation not only completes lamp holder installation, but it will also inspect the gas tightness to determine if an open solder point exists in the solder points after installation. It will also perform lighting tests for semi-finished headlights. Any headlights that remain unlit will not enter the focus adjustment process.

When used for focus adjustment, the H4 headlight bulb alignment machine’s manipulator will avoid the camera, and directly clamp the metal cap for focus adjustment. This helps prevent halogen bulb breakage, as well as an inaccurate focus caused by vibration during clamping of the halogen capsule bulb.

As the drawing shows, the inspected data includes the b1 in 0°, the e in 60°, the h in 90° and b2 in 195°. After calculation using a mathematical model, the drive mechanism rotates and moves the filament to the reference position.
