Our automatic water softener is designed to remove scale-forming ions such as calcium and magnesium, ensuring a consistent supply of softened water. It is available in continuous (RS series) or intermittent (R series) supply models to suit different operational needs. The device features a flow controller that automatically initiates the regeneration process, which can be customized according to specific requirements. It’s equipped with components that include a controller, a brine tank, and a resin tank. The use of lead-free brass valves ensures compliance with food safety standards, while Teflon-coated pistons reduce friction and extend the system's lifespan. This water softener not only improves water quality but also enhances the efficiency and durability of your water treatment infrastructure.
Ideal for softening water in boiler feedwater, heating systems, cooling units, and various industrial processes. Also used for reducing water hardness in commercial or industrial applications and as a pre-treatment for reverse osmosis systems.
