Ceramic Filter Plate
The ceramic filter plate is a new kind of filter media which is made of corundum, silicon carbide and other materials processed by special techniques.
Ultrasonic Oscillator
The ultrasonic oscillator is made of piezoelectric ceramic material, which has good hear resistance with a large range of temperature and the calorific value is low.
Characteristics
- The high vacuum from 0.09 to 0.098 MPa of the ceramic disc filter makes the filter cake dryer.
- The solid substances in the filtrate are less than 50ppm, and the filtrate can be recycled to reduce the discharge of wastewater.
- Compared with traditional ceramic filter, ceramic vacuum filters add the washing function of filter cake and are suitable for filtering materials that need to be washed.
