Ceramic Tip Tweezers
Stainless steel is a popular material used in tweezer production, because of its excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. These tweezers are often used for beauty care, electronics, mobile phone repair and more. However, due to specific industry applications, there are times the tweezers need to be used in highly acidic or high temperature environments, scenarios in which normal stainless steel does not work. Because of that, we have produced tweezers with a ceramic tip made of zirconia, which is acid and high temperature resistant, making them ideal for use in severe environments. In addition, zirconia has a high resistivity, which ensures no static electricity will be generated when the materials come into contact with the clamping objects. 72-MZ high temperature resistant ceramic tip tweezers72-MZ high temperature resistant ceramic tip tweezers have a total length of 130mm and a tip length of 28mm. The tip and handle of the tweezer are fixed together using four screws, allowing the tip to be easily removed for replacement.
