A diverter is a device attached to wellheads for well control in oil drilling. The fluid diverters, working with a fluid pressure control system, four-way valve and other valves, can reroute the flow of low-pressure fluid and gas while ensuring the safety of workers and equipment. The diverting device can also seal heads of all shapes and sizes of drilling tools, such as drill pipes, drill collars and casing pipes, in order to release fluids and gas towards different directions.

FH 76-7 Diverter

Features

  • The FH 76-7 diverter has a compact structure made up of five main components, a head, a body, a piston, a spherical rubber and a dustproofing seal.
  • The diverter’s interior can resist the drilling fluids and electrochemical corrosion, improving the device’s efficiency and prolonging its service life.

Technical Parameters
Nominal diameter: 762 mm (30")
Rated pressure: 7 MPa (1,000 psi)
Control pressure: ≤14 MPa (2,000 psi)
Recommended working pressure: ≤10.5 MPa (1,500 psi)

FFZ 75-3.5 Diverter

Features

  • The diverter’s body is fully sealed.
  • The diverter has an abrasion-resistant plates attached underneath the head to prevent the abrasion between the spherical rubber’s supporting part and the head.
  • The diverter head is connected with the body like a solid structure of mortise and tenon, making it convenient for assembly and disassembly.
  • The diverter actuator is opened by the piston weight and the spherical rubber rebounding and closed by hydraulic forces and
  • The diverter’s interior can resist the drilling fluids and electrochemical corrosion, improving the device’s efficiency and prolonging its service life.
