Established in 2008, Shengen is a trusted expert manufacturer of nonwoven fabric bags. Within the past 10 years, we have consistently updated our equipment and have grown into the reliable, prominent establishment we are today. We are equipped with numerous ultrasonic nonwoven bag making machines and more than 100 sewing machines, allowing for a production capacity of 100,000 nonwoven bags per day. Self-produced Materials

Our factory has several in-house nonwoven production lines to produce PP nonwoven fabrics, PET nonwoven fabrics, SS nonwoven fabrics, SMS nonwoven fabrics and other nonwoven products with an annual production rate of 10,000 tons. Our self-produced materials feature an excellent air permeability, excellent chemical resistance, a high filtration efficiency and a reliable safety performance.

Sewing Techniques

At Shengen, we utilize two sewing machines to join textile fabrics: traditional sewing technique and ultrasonic sewing technique. With over ten years of experience in the nonwoven industry, our skilled technicians use traditional sewing methods to offer durability, elasticity and strength. Nonwoven bags produced using a conventional sewing technique can hold 10 – 15 kg. Compared to a traditional sewing method, ultrasonic sewing utilizes ultrasonic vibrations instead of needle or thread to cut, sew and trim on one pass with a faster speed. Nonwoven bags made by ultrasonic sewing machines feature an aesthetically pleasing appearance and durable performance.

Printing Methods

Custom logos, patterns and advertising slogans on the nonwoven bag are easily doable. As a professional manufacturer, we offer a variety of printing methods such as silk screen printing, offset printing, and digital printing.
