Plastic Bottle Baler
The plastic bottle baler is used in the packaging of PET bottle, disposable plastic cutlery, gasoline container, HDPE/PP can, and much more. The dimensions and specifications of the bale are entirely customizable to tailor fit client preferences. An optional stainless steel inner wall with anti-rust properties is also available. The unique hydraulic design is capable of 30ton to 70ton of pressure that varies depending on different baler size and density. The machine is complete with a water drain for residual bottle content collection. The hydraulic station itself is installed on top of the baler machine to maximize space. The compressed baler packages well manually, but a fully automatic baling system is available. The machine is shipped via a sturdy wooden case for protection.
