HXT Series Aluminum Aging Furnace
The aluminum aging furnace is used for aging treatment of aluminum alloy materials under a high temperature equilibrium. It is particularly suitable for hardening of aluminum alloy pipe fittings, frames, hubs and more, as well as stress relief of aluminum alloy workpieces.

The aluminum aging furnace consists of angle steel, stainless steel plates and cold steel plates. The insulation layer is filled with a high-density aluminum silicate cotton to ensure the heat preservation of the aluminum aging furnace and the user safety. The heating element is mounted on the bottom, top, or sides according to customer needs, with the temperature controlled using a digital smart meter. The air inlet is designed to be on both sides of the aging furnace, with the air outlet on top to ensure an outstanding temperature uniformity.
