Heating and Melting Equipment

The aluminum melting/holding furnace is installed separate from the die casting machine. It comes with a melting chamber, holding chamber, and a reclaiming system. This equipment is suitable for the die casting of varying grades of aluminum alloy or zinc alloy materials.

Features

The holding furnace can be fueled by liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and light diesel oil.
Melting capacity: 100-500kg/h
A low-speed infrared radiant burner is adopted for melting with small melt loss and oxide generation, and the burnout rate less than 1.1%.
With a special furnace structure, high-quality heat insulation material and refractory material, the thermal energy dispersion of the furnace is controlled to keep the surface temperature of the furnace low, and the temperature difference of the molten aluminum between the holding chamber and the ladling chamber is controlled within 5 ℃.
The automatic feeding device realizes feeding by one-time lifting operation, opening the furnace cover, lowering and closing the furnace cover.
