Introduction

The KMD 520T paper folding machine is used to fold paper in a variety of sizes and thicknesses. The maximum paper size is 520 x 750mm, and the folding machine is equipped with 4 buckle plates on the main machine, as well as a tail buckle and electronic knife.

Feature introduction

The paper feeding device will accurately supply the paper to the folding device. When the first sheet of paper is sucked up by the suction wheel, the second will be sucked up and blown off, ensuring the paper will not stick together, thus avoiding wastage in subsequent processes.
The electric control knife is directly controlled using a PLC, thus ensuring the efficiency and stability. It is easy to adjust.
The double-sheet control device effectively prevents two sheets of paper from simultaneously passing through the folding roller, thus reducing paper loss and avoiding paper blockage.
There are two methods for 520T paper folding machine's main unit and tail buckle: parallel type and horizontal vertical type. Customers can adjust according to their specific needs.
The folding machine is comprised of several parts that are easy to take apart for maintenance and any repairs needed.

Tail buckle: If the number of buckles is not enough, you can configure the tail buckle to increase the number of folds and folding method.
Electric control knife: achieves the paper’s last half folding.
Tail buckle transition table: a transition device that can transport hard paper to the tail buckle. If the paper is too thick, the device will press it in the middle.
Vertical paper stacker: Align the paper and arrange it neatly.
