Road construction equipment for synchronous spreading of asphalt, fiber and stone chips
This fiber asphalt chip sealer can be used in a variety of ways, from highway pavement to bridge deck waterproofing and lower sealing. It can apply sealed asphalt binder, fibers, and gravel simultaneously, creating a high-tension and elastic structure with an asphalt layer, a fiber layer, another asphalt layer and a gravel layer. The network fiber seal has excellent absorption and stress dispersion capabilities, minimizing the likelihood of reflective cracks and greatly extending the road's lifespan.
This technology is suitable for the wearing course of asphalt pavement as well as semi-rigid asphalt pavement and old cement concrete pavement overlay stress-absorbing layers. It can also be used for various synchronous crushed stone seal processes of asphalt macadam and independent sprinkling (spreading) of asphalt and crushed stone in order to meet a variety of construction requirements.

The asphalt pipeline is equipped with an automatic control valve, enabling the transition between various construction cycles to be done quickly and easily with a single press. The pipeline is filled with heat transfer oil, and when the construction is finished, the operation returns it to its original state without requiring any cleaning.
