The YDC series horizontal sterilizer uses a reliable automatic program operation control (water feeding, heating and sterilizing) to display the dialogue box during the whole sterilization process. At the same time, it can satisfy the demands for preheating, drying and constant operation with no need for supervision and convenient operation.

The YDC series pressure steam sterilizer adopts saturated steam pressure to sterilize objects. The pressure saturated steam can release a large amount of latent heat during condensation. Due to this physical property, the to-be-sterilized object is under high temperature and humid state. After certain time, the bacteria and spore tissue in the object will be all destroyed, realizing sterilization. With an automatic program operation, the YDC series pressure steam sterilizer is mainly used in hospitals, the chemical industry, food, scientific research and other workplaces for sterilizing surgical instruments, dressings, medicine, culture mediums and so on.

• This pressure steam sterilizer is equipped with an automatic discharge device for cold air in the sterilizing chamber to guarantee the sterilization effect.
• If the sterilizing chamber door is not well closed, the door indicator is off, meaning that the sterilizing procedure cannot begin.
• This sterilizer adopts immersion electric heating tube as heating element. It has high thermal efficiency with a 9KW power and AC380V power supply.
• If the sterilizer is operated without setting the sterilizing time, the machine will beep.
• The main body is of horizontal cylindrical shape. The automatic display and control are integrated on the electronic control panel. This machine is featured by novel shape, simple operation, and convenient and safe use.
• The jacket of the sterilizing chamber is covered with a shell, and it is filled with glass cotton, providing good heat insulation. This helps to save energy and avoid the excessive rise of the ambient temperature.
• This sterilizer has program function so as to automatically discharge the air and condensation water from the sterilizing chamber during the sterilization process. This makes the sterilizing temperature in the sterilizing chamber tend to balance.
• With the steam temperature control program, the temperature can be kept between 110 and 134℃. And different objects can be sterilized at the suitable operating temperature.
• The maximum steam temperature can be set at 134℃.the timing range is 1-60 minutes. Different types objects can be dried at a suitable working temperature and time.
• The main body is of closed double-layer structure, which includes sterilizing chamber and steam jacket. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, having advantages of corrosion-resistant, easy maintenance, long life span and so on.
• This series of sterilizer is installed with high water level device. When you press the start button, the water intake indicator is on and the water automatically enters the water tank. It is immediately heated as the water reaches high water level (about 20 L).
• Equipped with a timer, the timer enters countdown time automatically as soon as the sterilization temperature rises to the selected value. And after the sterilization, this machine will automatically release pressure and cut off the heating power, plus alarming to express the finished program operation.

• The door indicator lights on if the door is not closed well. And the steam cannot enter the inner body but can conduct drying operation.
• Under condition of over 0.027MPa pressure in the sterilizing chamber, the door is interlocked and it is impossible to open.
• If the door is opened by mistake during the startup process, the jacket steam valve will be automatically closed and the sterilizing chamber steam valve is opened.
• The indicator is on if the water is cut off or lacking during the whole process. Under heating and sterilization, the indicator is off. The bell rings and it automatically discharges steam.
• Overload and leakage protection: if an electricity leakage or overcurrent occurs, the power supply is automatically cut off.
• If the temperature controller is out of order and the internal pressure exceeds 0.24MPa, the safety valve opens automatically.
