Processing flow
- Cut the glass according to the design sketch, and apply an edge chamfering treatment.
- Wrap the copper foil tape on the edge of glass.
- Put the glass panel in right place according to the design drawing, then perform double-face welding
- Dry it at least 8 hours, then polish the glass panel
- Install it into wood frame, weld the hinge parts, connect the single wood frame and complete the finished stained glass fireplace screen
