The MK-LS10 vertical form fill seal machine utilizes 10 vibration bowl feeders so that it offers a mixed counting packaging of up to 10 materials, including hardware screws, electronic elements, bicycle accessories and other irregular products. The stable and durable vibration bowl, when paired with a KEYKENCE counting fiber, results in a counting accuracy of 1/1000-1/3000. Controlled by an automatic frequency controller, the vibration frequency of the vibration bowl automatically adjusts with the material weight, thus ensuring smooth conveying to enhance the weighing accuracy.
