Features
- Paper feeding structure: Equipped with dual suction and independent control, ensuring smooth and reliable feeding of curled paper and high feeding accuracy. Linear bearings are used to control the adjustment of the suction belt.
- Electrical system: The entire electrical system adopts Taiwan Delta components to ensure stable machine operation, precise alignment, and convenient digital adjustment.
- Gluing system: Both cold glue and hot melt gluing systems are available to prevent adhesive failure in cartons. The hot melt gluing system employs an aluminum gluing box for fast heating, while the cold gluing system features a stainless steel gluing box that is corrosion-resistant.
- Sheet alignment system: It is adjustable in both forward and backward directions, with micro-adjustment function for quick and easy adjustment of the cutting position. This saves setup time and is user-friendly.
- Paper feeding and pressing parts: Both made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, non-adhesive and requiring no glue cleaning, thus saving time and improving efficiency, allowing continuous non-stop operation.
- Intermediate adjustment section: Designed with a recessed structure for easy access, facilitating convenient machine adjustment.
- Intermediate paper feeding system: Controlled by separate glue wheels and brush wheels, allowing independent adjustment of paper feeding pressure. Compared to traditional steel ball control, it ensures low noise and smoother paper feeding.
- Control section: Equipped with ball screws, which provide more precise control compared to traditional screws and prevent displacement.
