Tape Slitting Machine
Adhesive tape slitter is used for slitting semi-finished tapes from the coating machine to finished tapes in certain specifications. Part of the tape slitting machine can combine paper core mill machine, paper core cutting machine and tape rewinding machine to form a complete tape slitting line. It is mainly applied to slitting of transparent tapes, stationery tapes, color tapes, masking paper tapes, aluminum tapes, etc.
Yulong offers five series of adhesive tape slitter, i.e. YL-202 series, YL-210sereis, YL-210C series, YL-215 series and YL-216 series. Brief introduction of these adhesive tape converting machines are shown as follows:
1) YL-202/210 series
This series tape slitter is mainly used for slitting common tapes, and it can not be used for production of bubble-free or super transparent tapes.
2) YL-210C series
It is specially designed for production of bubble-free or super transparent tapes, providing high stability and ease of operation.
3) YL-215 series
The YL-215 roll slitter is mainly used to produce stationery tapes, cartoon tapes, laser tapes, bird scare flash tapes, and others which come with small cores.
4) YL-216 series
This is a roll slitting machine with high intelligence and automation. Due to automatic labeling, dual power rewinding, and other excellent advantages, the adhesive tape come with high speed and is suitable for tape makers with large output. In addition, this slitter rewinder can produce adhesive tapes for packing machines which feature more than 2500m per roll.
