How to choose the right thickness?

Book covers: commonly 1.5 mm – 3.0 mm (600 g – 2000 g)
Handmade models: thickness depends on load-bearing needs. Small boxes can use 1.0 mm – 2.0 mm, while larger boxes require 2.0 mm or above.

Is it necessary to consider environmental certifications?

Yes. For export or projects requiring eco-compliance, FSC or RoHS certification can be provided.

How to judge the quality of grey chipboard?

Check if the surface is flat, free from impurities, and without delamination. Inspect the edges to ensure they are neat with no rough burrs. Bend the board to test flexibility, high-quality greyboard is not easily broken and has better toughness.
