Electric Bus Assembly Line Case Study
In June 2017, an automobile manufacturer and agricultural machine manufacturer in Shanghai came to JDSK looking for a electric bus assembly line and a hybrid electric bus testing line. According to the customer’s factory layout and requirements, we designed a hybrid electric energy bus assembly line and a hybrid electric energy bus testing line and sent the blueprints to the client for confirmation. After viewing it, the customer requested any previous customer cases for electric bus assembly lines they could use as reference. We agreed, and took the customer to a production site in Shanghai that was equipped with one of our production lines. The customer then confirmed the solution, and signed the contract. In December of 2017, the assembly line and testing line were officially put into production. In May of 2018, we checked back with the customer, and learned the equipment was still performing at its best.
