Product Feature
1. Gantry, rack & pinion and double servo motor(the MHMD with great torrque) transmission system, maximum acceleration up to 1.2G to ensure the machine can work efficiently and precisely.
2. This machine also features a high stiffness strengthened welding lathe bed and an imported large-scale gantry crane finish milling. Processing includes a second annealing, which can effectively relieve stress to make lathe bed more stable.
3. An imported fiber laser generator provides a high-quality light spot and stable output power, in order to achieve high-accuracy cutting.
4. The gantry is light weight and strong.
5. Professional laser cutting software is used that is capable of optimizing the cutting pattern layout and fillet in order to achieve high speed punching and marking.
6. Low running cost: Power consumption of the laser generator is only 3~4 kW/h and uses compressed air to cut different types of thin metal sheets.
