The office supply flat file production line's control system utilizes a Taiwanese integrated operation system. It automatically completes PP and PET material processing, including sheet material feeding, punching, hot stamping, file metal clip threading, plastic strip threading, ultrasonic sealing and punching, all to obtain qualified folders.
Process display- The machine is CE certified (Certificate number: 50638/1467/C). It is also used as a file metal clip device, and is also one of our patented products, having been awarded a National Spark Technology Award.
- It uses fully automatic working processes. The sheet materials go through the feeding roller, then punching, ultrasonic point sealing, hot stamping and cutting operations are completed in one go, saving both labor and material resources.
- Material feeding is controlled using a servo motor and computer numerical control.
- All sets of discharging frames use an E.P.C edge position controller, ensuring all products can be neatly placed.
- This office supplies flat file production machine is equipped with a special mold for file production, ensuring file molding is accurate.
