Description
The reflective transfer film is a reflective material formed by combining a reflective layer of glass beads and PET materials. Patterns are reflective after heat transfer, and are commonly used as decorative materials, reflective stripes, traffic signs, and law enforcement clothing.
This reflective transfer film is a cold peeled type, and needs to be cooled before being torn off after the heat transfer process. This allows users to set it aside to cool, and immediately begin working on the next workpiece, thus allowing for a highly efficient production process.

- Thickness: 75um, 100um;
- Size information: 39×54cm, 64×48cm, 50×70cm or customized;
- We only have two kind of reflective films with a thickness of 75 um and100um, and customers choose the corresponding thickness in accordance with the ink and adhesive melting points.
- Heat transfer temperature: 150 degree or depending on the melting point of adhesive or hot melt powder used by customers;
- Heat transfer time: 12 seconds
