Because coconut fiber is more loose and harder than cotton fiber, we utilize two conveyors for this vertical cross lapper, so that the coconut fiber would be kept in between the conveyors to be more uniform and avoid fracture, leading to more uniform coconut fiber products. This vertical cross lapper is especially suitable for high quality requirement production line. After processed by vertical cross lapper, the coconut fiber would be compressed by the roller to be tighter. Then the coconut fiber would be transported to needling machine for next step.
