Vertical Cooling Cabinet
Coated with a layer of cream in the cream spreading machine, the wafer biscuits will be conveyed into the vertical cooling cabinet which enables rapid cooling and shape forming, thereby ensuring a crisp taste. This food cooling equipment employs external air cooling or water cooling system. The lowest working temperature of this vertical biscuit cooler is -5℃, and standard temperature is 8℃-12℃.
