Excavator Manufacturing Line Case Study
In March 2017, an excavator and construction machine manufacturer in Shandong came to JDSK, needing an excavator assembly line and excavator testing line. According to their factory layout, and their specific needs, we designed blueprints for an advanced excavator assembly and testing line, and sent it to the customer for confirmation. They requested previous case examples to use as reference. To assist them, we took them to a production site in Zhejiang outfitted with some of our equipment. After this, the contract was signed, and after 8 months of production and installation, in November of 2017, the customer’s excavator assembly and testing line was put into use. In March of 2018, we reached out to the company for feedback, and were told the equipment was still running exceptionally well.
