Shape: Generally paneled or cartridge, the filter can also be processed according to customer requirements.

Filter media: Skeleton substrate plus PP melt-blown compound. The substrate can be combined with primary filter cotton, activated carbon mesh, cold catalyst filter, photocatalyst filter and other filter materials in order to achieve multiple functions such as odor removal, antibacterial and others.

Frame: A high-strength black cardboard frame, laminated black/white cardboard frame or aluminum alloy frame are the most commonly used. In addition, plastic molds can also be developed according to customer requirements to produce one-shot molded ABS plastic frame.

• The filter media is generally formed by interweaving very fine organic fibers to give it a small pore size, high particle capture efficiency and large adsorption capacity. They are the most effective filter media for pollen, dust and bacteria.
• Youjie uses high-efficiency and low-resistance materials to make the filter replacement, and as a result, the wind resistance of this filter replacement is less than 20% of the industrial HEPA filter replacement.
• High density sealing cotton is patched around the frame, or glue is used as the sealant in order to perfectly combine the HEPA filter replacement and the machine to prevent air leakage.
• The pleats are separated using a hot melt adhesive to keep the same spacing between the pleats and thus facilitate the airflow. In doing so, the filter material is fully used and the high dust holding capacity is ensured.
• Filter replacement can be processed into different sizes and shapes according to customer's requirements to adapt to different types of purifiers.
