Applications
This rewinding machine is specially used in manufacturing SMT stencil cleaning rolls. It's designed to convert slit rolls of dust free paper and nonwoven fabric into smaller rolls of industrial cleaning paper.
- PLC control system with 7 inch touch screen for data setting, easy to use;
- The unwinding section is designed with magnetic powder brake to realize automatic tension control; the rewinding section is individually controlled by the inverter motor; the machine will stop working when the product reaches the set length;
- The rewinding machine features high levels of automation, including tension control during unwinding, rewinding, core tube feeding, glue spraying, cutting, labeling, discharging;
