The polyurethane foam mixing system is designed to cast mixed liquid into flat embedding molds, four-slot molds and other shaped molds. In the foaming process, a skin foams on part surfaces through a chemical reaction, with sealing then adhesively bonding to parts. This process is continuous without obvious joints and cut-off points, so the sealing, anti-moisture, anti-dust, sound insulation and shock absorption performance is exceptional. This foam mixing machine has passed UL/CE certification, MIL-STD-167 vibration testing and EN50298 waterproof and dustproof testing.
Application
This polyurethane foam mixing system is used in the sealing of distribution boxes, lamps, automotive interior and exterior accessories, engines and more.
