Components for tissue machinery
The toilet paper making machine's hot air system often experiences high humidity and dust, leading to the gradual blockage of heating elements. This blockage can significantly affect ventilation and heat, resulting in reduced hot air efficiency and increased production costs. Our company has recently designed and developed a fully automatic dust filtration device that efficiently filters out a considerable amount of dust which is present in the hot air during the normal operation of the paper making machine. This ensures the ventilation and heating efficiency of the hood, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the paper making machine.
Dimensions | Depending on air flow capacity and working environments |
Air Flow Capacity | 20000-120000m³/h |
Filtration Accuracy | 35 mesh (able to capture dust particles larger than 0.425μm) |
40 mesh (able to capture dust particles larger than 0.385μm)
45 mesh (able to capture dust particles larger than 0.325μm)
Medium Temperature | -20℃ to 260℃ |
- The cleaning process of dust adhered to the filter screen, machine operation time and mode can be easily customized as per the desired filtration requirement, which can be set on the built-in control panel. Moreover, the device can be connected to the paper machine's DCS system for seamless operation.
- The dust filter ensures that the mesh of the filter screen remains unobstructed at all times, thereby maintaining stable ventilation and guaranteeing drying efficiency.
- The dust filter helps avoid the blockage of heating elements, reducing labor intensity for workers and production costs.
- The design and specifications of the filter are flexible and diverse, making it suitable for both retrofitting existing paper machines and matching with new paper machines.
During the normal operation of the paper machine, hot air passes through the filter screen, which captures dust on its surface. To ensure the optimal working condition of the filter, a rotating mechanism cleans the filter screen. Furthermore, the collected dust can easily enter the paper machine's vacuum system or a dedicated dust collector for efficient disposal.
