The W30 rail fastening system is widely used on ballasted tracks and concrete sleepers. It operates reliably with minimal wear and requires minimal maintenance.

Basic Parameters

Its rail clips can withstand high loads, dynamic fatigue, and creep resistance, offering a highly elastic solution for conventional and heavy-duty rails. Its components are easy to handle and replace, which reduces downtime and maintenance costs, making it a cost-effective solution for railway operators.

We use TPU material for the rail pad, which can endure harsh weather conditions, adapting to a wide temperature range from -60°C to 50°C. This makes it an ideal material for coping with extreme temperature fluctuations. Even under extreme weather conditions and high atmospheric humidity, it ensures a safe ride every time.
