Pulverizing System
Wet crushers are mainly used for recycled materials. Post-consumer plastics often carry oil, dust, and other surface contaminants. So, water is added during crushing to help wash away impurities at the same time. This reduces residue and improves the cleanliness of the material before pelletizing.
Wet crusher is used for rigid plastics such as plastic drums, bumpers, solid plastic blocks, and other hard products. Rotating blades work together with fixed knives to cut and compress the material, breaking it down into smaller flakes or particles.

Designed for soft plastics such as films and packaging bags, this wet crusher uses V-shaped or claw-type blades. The blades are sharp yet durable, helping prevent wrapping and sticking during operation. The crusher operates with a controlled cutting action that produces evenly sized fragments ideal for further processing.

This heavy-duty crusher is mainly used for relatively clean plastic scrap. It can handle both soft and rigid materials. When processing soft plastics, the focus is on preventing wrapping and achieving fast cutting. It combines sharp blades, high rotational speed, and a large-aperture screen to improve material flow. A hob-cutter, with cutting principle similar to a scissor, can be used for both tearing and cutting plastic. This helps reduce tangling issues that are common with soft materials.

The double shaft shredder works through a combination of shearing, tearing, and pulling forces. Its consists of two counter-rotating shafts that are fitted with specially designed blades. As the shafts rotate in opposite directions, the blades grip and tear the material from both sides. This breaks the metrial down into smaller pieces with better control and efficiency.

Features
- A larger flywheel enhances inertia, helping improve crushing efficiency while reducing motor load. The output material size remains relatively uniform.
- The motor is equipped with overload and power protection systems to safeguard both the motor and cutting tools.
- Blades are made from high-chromium alloy steel, providing strong wear resistance and long service life.
- The blade holder undergoes heat-shrink treatment and strict balancing tests, contributing to stable operation and structural reliability.
- The screen can be welded with stainless steel for improved wear resistance.
- Waste material can be fed directly without pre-flattening, simplifying handling.
- The wide inlet allows easier loading. Optional double-layer sound insulation around the discharge area helps reduce noise and vibration for quieter operation.
- The hydraulic system for opening and closing cover makes blade replacement more convenient.
This sound-proof plastic crusher is designed for recycling general plastic products and production scrap. The blade design combines features of both claw and flat types, so it handles sheets, pipes, profiles, boards, packaging waste, and even injection runners without trouble. Sealed bearings are used to keep the shaft running smoothly, even during long hours of operation. The blade design supports even particle size after crushing, and the blade holder undergoes heat-shrink treatment for structural strength. Its layout is compact and easy to integrate, with a simple and functional design.
