Features and uses of different aluminum tread plates

1000 series aluminum tread plate is soft and of high quality and low price. Typical applications include cold storage, flooring, outer packing box, etc.
3000 series aluminum tread plate is also called antirust aluminum plate. Its compressive strength is slightly higher than general aluminum tread plates. This series aluminum plate features antirust property, but its strength and corrosion resistance are inferior to 5000 series aluminum plates. Thus, this series aluminum tread plate is used in applications without strict antirust requirements, such as large trucks, floor layer of cold storage.
5000 series aluminum tread plates are alloyed with Mg, Ni and other elements, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and antirust performance. Typical applications include ships, vehicles and other cold and humid natural environments. Due to the high strength, this series tread plate has a certain load capacity.

Features and uses of aluminum tread plates of different patterns

Diamond aluminum plates (one bar/compass, two bar, three bar and five bar patterns) are characterized by excellent anti-slip performance due to the unique texture. Therefore, diamond aluminum plate is widely used for transportation, building and decoration, such as walkways, ramps, etc.
Orange peel aluminum tread plate usually undergoes chemical or electrochemical polishing, and then anodic oxidation treatment. Typical applications are refrigerator, air conditioner, packaging, etc.
