Blown Film Extrusion Line
A blown film line is used in plastic film production to turn pellets into continuous film rolls. Multiple processes, including melting, extrusion, and air expansion, are used in a blown film line. This is where film production begins before any sealing or cutting takes place. Plastic materials such as PE, PP, and PVC are melted inside the extruder, then pushed through a circular die to form a tubular bubble. Compressed air expands the bubble upward, and its shape is stabilized with a cooling system. The film is then pulled, flattened, and wound into rolls. These film rolls can then be moved directly to bag-making machines. They can also be used for covering applications, or enter further converting processes as required.

We offer ABA and ABC blown film lines, that are multi-layer co-extrusion systems. In contrast to traditional single-layer machines, the raw materials are arranged and each layer functions more efficiently within the film.
Every layer plays a significant role in the multi-layer blown film extrusion line. For example, one layer may improve puncture resistance, another may enhance barrier performance, while another supports heat sealing. By combining materials in layers, the film can meet specific packaging requirements without increasing the overall thickness.

- The extrusion system delivers stable melting and blending performance when processing a wide variety of materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, calcium carbonate, recycled materials, masterbatch, and functional additives.
- Its ability to operate continuously offers higher ratios of recycled content and calcium carbonate, and reduce raw material costs.
- Film thickness, width, and material ratios can be adjusted quickly, allowing manufacturers to switch between different bag types and packaging applications with minimal time.
- The layout is user-friendly, making daily operation simple and routine maintenance easier to manage.
